Refund Policy

At C’est La Vie Events, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for event rentals and services.

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits cover administrative costs and loss of potential bookings and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • 14+ Days Before Event: If cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • 7–13 Days Before Event: Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding deposit).

  • Less than 7 Days Before Event: No refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule an event at least 7 days prior to the original event date.

  • Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

  • Payments already made (including deposit) will be applied toward the new event date.

4. Weather & Safety Cancellations

  • For outdoor rentals, the client is responsible for monitoring weather conditions.

  • C’est La Vie Events reserves the right to refuse setup if weather conditions (such as winds exceeding 15–20 mph, heavy rain, or unsafe grounds) pose a safety hazard.

  • If setup is refused due to unsafe conditions, payments (excluding deposit) may be applied toward a future booking within 6 months, but no refunds will be issued.

5. Cancellations by Company

  • In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, staff emergencies, etc.), the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If the client is unavailable, unresponsive, or fails to provide adequate access to the venue on the scheduled date, no refunds will be provided.

8. Acknowledgment

By booking with C’est La Vie Events, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
