2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be received by the agreed date prior to the event.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if any, are subject to the timing and nature of cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or force majeure events.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate information is provided for booking.

  • Provide safe, accessible setup space and necessary utilities (e.g., power).

  • Obtain required permits or approvals (if applicable).

  • Accept responsibility for damages caused by negligence or misuse of rented items.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for weather-related disruptions or conditions beyond our control.

  • Clients assume responsibility for monitoring weather and site safety.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, images, and content we provide remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may refuse or terminate services if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
